We are delighted with the publication through the SCA Coffee Sustainability Professional program conducted by Nora Burkey's The Chain Collaborative and Erika Koss's A World in Your Cup. Kurniawan Arif Maspul successfully carried the research project for six months with the title "Correlation between Cropster and Sustainability of Coffee Roasteries in The United Arab Emirates 2021" and has been published through the Journal of Economics and Development; managed by the Makassar State University (UNM) Indonesia.

This program runs from October 2020 to June 2021, with students followed by Coffee Professionals. Moreover, through this milestone, it is anticipated that other sustainability projects in the coffee sector will continue to develop through Urbanised Coffee and its collaborations.
